- Paid by mistake, or changed your mind before we confirm your order? Tell us and we'll refund you in full.
- We confirm every order in writing before work starts. Our services are digital and work starts straight away, so once your order is confirmed, payments are non-refundable.
- If we can't publish a confirmed post, we credit its value to a future post on StarCelebia.
- Please contact us before opening a payment dispute; we'll always try to put things right first.
- Orders confirmed before 30 October 2026 keep the terms they were sold under.
